Worked great

The starter was great but now I’m struggling to fund a sourdough recipe that works with it. Any ideas?

Shirley Menard

I love the starter especially for pancakes and crepes. I also made the bread recipe I received with the starter. I would love to get a recipe for gluten free San Francisco style bread.

Recipes to use the starter don't turn out well

The recipes on your website don't produce good GF bread, I know GF bread is harder than regular bread but everything is so gummy.

Really works

After several attempts at getting gluten free sour dough starter to work, this was very successful. While you have to feed it more often than non gf starter, it stores well in the refrigerator and grows back quickly. I am using the everyday bread recipe with a few home grown herbs mixed in and it comes out great every time.
