Basic mold for shaping homemade cheese (also known as a brousse mold). Ideal for soft and hard cheeses. You will also need cheesecloth or butter muslin to line the mold, a tray for catching whey, and a pressing plate and weight. 

  • Dimensions: Diameter at top: 6.25" | Diameter at bottom: 4.75" | Height: 3.25"
  • Materials: BPA-free, food-grade polypropylene cheese mold
  • Weight Range: 3 to 20 lbs. Use a small inverted plate or large jar lid to spread weight evenly over the top surface.
  • Sanitize before each use.
