Needed care but the result is soon terrific

My first batch had the consistency of buttermilk. I added another pouch of culture and another quart of milk and cooked it in an instant pot for about ten hours. It curdled. I used that as starter after beating it. Cooked for about 8 hours. It was great. I filter the yogurt using cold brew coffee filters which gives me a thick result. Wonderful with tart apples and maple syrup.
