  • 5 Vegetable Rennet Tablets
  • Thermometer
  • 4 ounces Citric Acid 
  • 1 yard Butter Muslin
  • 2 ounces Tartaric Acid
  • 8 ounces Cheese Salt
  • Instructions and Recipe Booklet

Shelf-life and Storage Information

  • Store in freezer: Vegetable Rennet Tablets; tablets will last at least 3 years if stored properly.
  • Store in a cool, dry place: Citric acid, Tartaric acid, Cheese salt; cheese salt will last indefinitely if stored properly.

Instruction booklet seemed to leave out info. After watching YouTube videos I learned I would have saved money and been more interested without the kit.

This was a birthday gift and they have already made mascarpone twice, ricotta, and mozzarella, which all turned out great. The instructions are great and they have been pleased with the product. Would recommend!

Cheese making kit - Italian

We enjoyed making the Ricotta but failed on the Mozzarella - we added the salt in at the wrong time, we think. I can't wait to try the Ricotta Salata but have to find a good chunk of time to watch it.
