We are pleased with the Viili yogurt flavor. However, it is too thin (a little bit runny). We will continue making more batches and tweaking the ratios to see if the consistency improves.

Excellent Product

Super yogurt. Much better that store bought....even the organic ones. Be VERY careful to NOT use Ultra High Pasturized (UHP) milk. Organic Valley Grassmilk is wonderful to drink but it is UHP! Yes...I made this mistake. I found a local organic dairy that uses a low pasteurization process. It comes in a glass returnable bottle.
Also, be sure to allow the milk to have adequate time at room temperature for the initial ferment. I now make 2 cups per week. Plus...if you need buttermilk for pancakes, scones, muffins, etc., just mix 3/4 cup if the exceptional yogurt with 1/4 cup milk and you will elevate your baking to another level. Last weekends' pancakes made with this mixture were ETHEREAL! And if you make breakfast smoothies, put 1/4 to a 1/2 cup (your preference) into your Vitamix/blender/bullet mixer after you mix your fruit/water/ice mixture. Add a few drops of liquid vanilla stevia (no added calories) and you will have a smoothie to rival any $5 drink you'd get at a coffee shop or juice bar, will control the ingredients. Much less sugar. Much healthier!
