Million Uses

I bought this to improve my sourdough and I have found it worth every penny. I now get consistent results every time when I bake regardless of the season. I am now moving on to use it for making tempeh and yogurt. Overall, I feel this is a must have for anyone wanting to create cultured foods easily at home.

It's AH-MAZING

Worth every penny, and then some!! I was hesitant, at first, to buy this product, because I wondered how often would it get used?? But, it's been on my counter for weeks, and in almost constant use since then. I haven't even had a chance to find a place for the thing in my cupboards, because it's always on!! I make yogurt once or twice a week, creme fraiche weekly, and in the winter, when my house is 65-67 degrees and I need to ferment my sauerkraut, pickles, and ginger carrots at "room temperature," it's perfectly accurate and programmable 72 degrees is a life saver!! I'm also looking forward to having an extra slow cooker on hand for church small group nights and large family gatherings, and I suspect it will come in handy during the big holidays when I need another warming tray 😉 My kids and I are looking forward to proofing sourdough in it soon, and if I ever stop using it, I'm sure it will fit snuggly wherever I need to stash it, thanks to the quick and easy way it folds up.

A Fabulous Folding Proofer & Slow Cooker

I am so glad I invested in this product. The thoughtful way it is designed to take up minimal space is greatly appreciated. More importantly is how much it has helped with my bread making!

Great for making steel cut oatmeal

I bought this a few years ago thinking I would use it for making bread and yogurt. It works for both, however, we use it every night to make steel cut oatmeal! We use 1/2 cup oats, 2 cups water, and a pinch of salt in a 1 qt. Le Crueset Dutch Oven. We love waking up to hot, cooked oatmeal!

great product

this was recommended to me by a friend and it really another tool in the tool box. If you can afford it it's worth the money and it folds so it hardly takes up space when closed. I give it 5 stars. Also it was delivered quickly considering the times where in.
