First time Milk Kefir maker

This was my first time making milk Kefir, it’s so easy, followed the directions, watched the videos a few times. It’s a great product, I’m making 4 cups of it at a time now, the grains really multiply. It stores well in the fridge, I blend mine up with frozen fruit and I feel a lot better by drinking it every day (no more digestive issues).

Yes, you want it.

Milk kefir is delicious, this kit is about all you need to get started! I think a 32 oz jar a rubber band and milk were the only things I needed beyond the kit. The instructions make it seem like you need to make 4 cups every day. While you certainly can, you don't need to. I make a cup and a half every day and my kefir grains seem to be perfectly happy. I'll add some fruit to the kefir grains, sometimes a bit of cinnamon and vanilla extract and it makes a pretty awesome breakfast. So if you're thinking about making kefir, my input is: go for it!
