I am so happy the greek yogurt starter is back in stock. I always make my own yogurt. Now that I have an instant pot, I make it in there. I incubate for 24 hours, then to fridge overnite to strain it. By morning it is nice and thick, sooooo yummy.

It’s not failsafe but it’s yummy

Having a tough time getting this to set up. Using A2 pasteurized, not ultra. Cooking, cooling as directed. Reusing from the previous batch. Just not setting up well. Cream separates, which is no big deal, but the remainder is very runny. Not expecting store bought thickness. Taste is amazing. Just tart enough for all in the family to enjoy.

Greek yogurt starter

I've been using this a few weeks now. Very happy with it. Easy to follow instructions. Culture had been performing well so far. I've been using an instant pot to make yogurt and it's really easy.
