Cream Cheese Starter Culture

An Excellent Culture

What can I say? It worked perfectly, creating a delicious cream cheese!

I used it with raw milk and the texture came out similar to whipped cream cheese; it was soft and spreads easily.

All in all, if you want some homemade cream cheese, use this.

Good product, but pricey.

From experience, I consider these to be very good products. It is a shame they are so pricey, and they are pricey. Seems the company found out they had a good product and the price went up.

Makes cream cheese

I did not realize when I purchased it, but this is a very great packaging for beginners because it has the rennet already in it. How convenient! Now making cream cheese is as simple as making yogurt. Nice.

Soooo Gooood

I used ultra-parurized Lactaid whole milk and it turned out perfect. A little sourness and oooooh so creamy. So glad I tried making my own cream cheese. It was much easier to make than I imagined.
