Very pleased

I have had very good luck with the Jun Tea Kombucha Culture. The SCOBY woke right up and I have made several batches. The directions are very clear and he pH paper is helpful to know when a batch is ready.

Worked beautifully!

I followed the kombucha starter instructions, which were different than how I've made kumbucha in the past (I used a different kumbucha maintenance protocol), and it worked beautifully! I now prefer making kumbucha with honey rather than sugar.

Directions are a bit sketchy for the first batch and haven't been able to get to optimum pH yet. Still, a worthy endeavor. Wish the flavor packets had been in stock when I ordered the scoby, etc.

So good

I bought the jun tea scoby thinking it was just a green tea version, but after researching, I learned that it’s so much more! It tastes so good with the honey instead of sugar, and the scoby and starter made a nice batch right away.
