A variety of questions, recipes, and discussions come through our Facebook group everyday; Riley brings up some recent questions from the group and Cara gives her insight.

The group has so much to offer to fermenters, from those who are starting to become interested to those who have years of fermentation experience.

At Cultures For Health, our theme for November is Homemade For The Holidays. There have been plenty of delicious recipes shared within the group that would make great options to bring to a holiday dinner or as gifts to friends and family.

One of the favorites in the group has been the cultured carrot cake in a jar, Riley introduces what this recipe is all about and Cara shares her thoughts on the cultured carrot cake.

Another great recipe discussed is a gluten-free kefir muffin, a great option for your upcoming holiday parties!
